I am a qualified psychotherapist, having trained at the well-renowned School of Psychotherapy and Psychology at Regent’s University, London. I attained a Post-graduate diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling including a two-year clinical placement. It was a thorough and demanding three-year course and I continue to train and attend lectures to ensure that I can provide the most effective treatment for my clients.

I work as an integrative therapist, encompassing numerous modalities, depending on the issue and complexity of your needs. We would work together to enable you to gain a deeper understanding and clarity on your issues and develop alternative responses to past and present concerns.

I work with a wide range of issues including but not exclusive to anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, eating disorders, bereavement, and relationship issues.

I have previously worked at a counselling charity in Henley-on-Thames as a therapist and on the clinical assessment team. I also currently work as a practitioner for an organisation specialising in obesity and binge eating.

I am a registered member of the British Association of Psychotherapy and Counselling (BACP) and abide by their strict ethical guidelines. I have professional indemnity insurance.
